The majority of class one and class two jobs can be dry in under 30 hours. This includes carpets, underlay, hardwood, walls and substrates. A similar job using conventional methods of drying can take in the region of 8 weeks

Our system directs the heated airflow to the water

The heat remains where it is needed, using a tenting procedure to ensure the quickest possible drying time. This drying procedure can also be used to dry wet walls when there is a vapor barrier. (e.g. patterned wallpaper)

We are able to speed up the evaporation rate by raising the temperature of the water, not the air!

To maintain this high evaporation rate, we must either exhaust hot humid air to outside the property or building or use dehumidifiers.

Who wants 'ONE DAY DRYING?!'

One-day drying usually applies to class 1 and class 2 water damages of 2500 sq.ft or less.

There are certain factors which can lead to the growth of Fungi:

1. Suitable temperature
2. Availability of water
3. Organic substrate for energy
4. Presence of oxygen for respiration

Mold growth will slow down above and below their temperature range and eventually growth will cease for most fungi at or above 95F.
